Instinct is a powerful force. No creature knows this better than we do. We are guided by our instincts, which tell us when we are safe or in danger, when we should act or remain still, what we should eat, whom we should trust. But we are not slaves to these natural inclinations; we are far too evolved for that. Cats are masters of self-control when it is called for. Even the most powerful impulse of our nature–to hunt our prey–can be subdued by the strength of our character. Nothing is more ferocious than a cat, and when we choose, nothing is more gentle.
The Cat’s Advice – (Reversed Card for me):
Don’t make excuses that some things are just beyond your control. Take responsibility for your decisions and actions. You are strong enough to overcome any obstacle, including ones that come from within yourself. Draw upon your inner reserves of courage and nobility.
Instincts. Damn. I’m still on training wheels there… yikes… what do I do and I’m (we haha) the only one to ask and then follow through… Shit.
Ok, time to follow the instincts…

This little beauty picked me at Mother Earth Gallery. (Remember she has sound on her site so you may want to mute your device before clicking on it.)
When I read the short description as well as gleaning information from Louise (Oh geeze… I hope that was her name lol) at the Gallery I knew this stone would be for me. I’m sure by now you know I have DID/MPD, if not, now you know. So I need all the help I can get lol. Here are the details and why I needed this stone. As you read what this stones properties are (This info is again from The Crystal Bible what it means for me) you’ll have an idea why I needed it. Comments in (parentheses) are ours when needed. I am not putting everything here from the book, just the parts that resonate with me. If you want to read more about this stone or others, there are many links online but you can also just buy the book if you want to… I definitely recommend it. Ask around, you may be surprised at how many people rely on her book(s).
Attributes: Lepidolite clears electromagnetic pollution and should be placed on computers to absorb their emanations. (That I found interesting and wasn’t the reason I got it.)
Lepidolite insists on being used for the highest good. It dissipates negativity. Lepidolite is extremely useful in the reduction of stress and depression. It halts obsessive thoughts, relieves despondency, and overcomes insomnia. Lepidolite contains lithium and is helpful in stabilizing mood swings and bipolar disorders. It is excellent for overcoming any kind of emotional or mental dependency, supporting in releasing from addictions and complaints of all kinds, including anorexia.
Lepidolite stimulates the intellect, focuses on what is important and filtering out extraneous distractions. It enhances standing in your own space, free from the influences of others. (I was not put on this earth to have anyone try to change me into who or what they think I should be.) Lepidolite is a calming stone that soothes sleep disturbances and emotional stress, bringing deep emotional healing.
Position: Place or wear as appropriate. Place under pillow for sleep disturbances… Yup, this one is going in my pillowcase!
Not much more to say about this one. It is as beautiful as it is in the picture… I just wish it was as large
