Well, we made it to 2015! A little (a LOT) roughed up and banged up but we made it! So we decided to do something new and hope to do this every year from now on. We decided to pick a card for inspiration for the New Year. Here is what we got….
Serenely watching the fireworks set off in her honor, the Fire Queen revels in their beauty and magic. She is an adventuress who is fond of entertainments and sparkly toys. She revels in the hunt, more for the chase than the kill, for her heart is kind and honorable. As a mate, she is passionate, and she enjoys her kittens for their playfulness and unpredictability. This queen’s sense of humor keeps her heart light. She is a source of inspiration and creative vision.
The Cat’s Advice:
What brings the sparkle to your eyes? What kindles the flame of passion within you? When you are filled with warm enthusiasm for life, your radiant spirit inspires others to glow as well. Find your own muse so that you may continue to be a muse for others.
If the card is reversed:
Your passion for living may be dampened at present. If you have lost your interest in the things that used to inflame your ardor, you can either find ways to rekindle the spark or move on to new passions. One way or another, you must reclaim your inner glow.
So there it is. The Fire Queen. We put all the information here because number 1 – this is a card for inspiration for the whole year and number 2 – the card popped out sideways so it was neither up or down.
We will say that our passion for living has been pretty damp for quite a while now. Maybe this year is meant for a change in that! Things that used to bring pleasure have been a chore that has been left undone. Rekindle? Move on? Both are good ideas and why can’t we shoot for both? Inner glow… ha! Feels more like an unused fireplace with the cold grey ashes. Gotta change that, don’t you think? We do.
Yes, we take this card to heart. This year will be full of wondrous changes that will blow us away! Blessings that will bring us to tears! Happy tears for once! Just think, the year has just started… buckle up and hang on! Here we go! WooooHooooo!!
