The Morning After….

….a night of nightmares and hope. Kind of a conundrum eh? After the IOP yesterday we were exhausted. No surprise there, therapy is tiring if you’re doing it right. I should have just gotten up then but I felt like I would just fall on my face if I did. So I stayed in bed, fell back to sleep and had both the nightmare and the wonderful dream with the eagle.

The nightmare was about the big white truck coming. In my nightmare it came and was going to kick us out. I don’t remember the rest, actually I think I’m just choosing not to remember it. Did you know to see an eagle in your dream symbolizes nobility, pride, fierceness, freedom, superiority, courage, and powerful intellectual ability. It also represents self-renewal and your connection with your spirituality. You will struggle fiercely and courageously to realize your highest ambitions and greatest desires.

Yay Me!!! What about you? Ever have a dream and a nightmare in the same night? I am so glad that the eagle part came after the nightmare.

More later after my IOP… we’ll see if we feel better after that or worse lol

Blessed Be
