I’ve been MIA for the past couple days, I do apologize however due to the deepening depression and now losing our tv and internet… well, it’s been hard. Very hard to do anything. So to our card, let’s see what these Mystical Cats have for us today.
XVI ~ The Tower
Cats prefer that things remain stable, and we always pause to consider the situation to make sure it is safe before proceeding. Alas, not all things are within our control. Sometimes even a trusted structure will topple unexpectedly, rousing us from our rest with startling violence. This is not a time for hesitation: survival depends on quickly adapting to the changed conditions. At such times, instinct takes over. Turning in midair, we find the horizon and orient ourselves to land safely, absorbing the shock with flexible grace.
The Cat’s Advice:
As soon as you feel your foundations start to shake, if you anticipate your fall and let your natural instinct for survival kick in, you will have time to turn in the air and land on your feet. Take advantage of the height from which you fall–a shorter fall may not allow for the graceful rotation and a sure-footed landing. Learn the lessons that come from falling: adaptability, perspective, resourcefulness, and confidence that has been tested and proven true. Your skills serve you well in times of change and crisis.
Well, doesn’t this card reflect my situation. I’m sure there are a few of you out there who can relate. Are you sitting in the middle of the crumbled structure that you never expected to violently fall? Are you just sitting there crying, shaking your head in disbelief while time ticks on??? Get off your ass and Do Something About It!!! Just start with something, anything… small, big, just don’t overwhelm yourself even more. You will see a difference, I promise.
I know, I have to take the advice as well. lol
